Empathy, Independence, Collaboration, and Empowerment
At Enixcare, our goal is to provide safe, stable housing with personalised support for individuals living with mental illness or other diagnosed conditions. We focus on those with low to medium support needs, helping them thrive in the community.
We offer:
-
Quality Accommodation – Stable housing with the right level of support.
-
Step-Down Services – For those moving on from 24-hour residential care.
-
Structured Transitions – Supporting individuals leaving hospital or institutional settings.
-
Semi-Independent Living – For those with stable mental health and strong daily living skills.
-
Short-Term Rehabilitation – Helping individuals regain independence before returning home.
Our focus is on empowering people to live independently, with the right support in place to succeed.

All admissions to Enixcare begin with a thorough pre-admission and risk assessment to ensure our service is the right fit. This helps us provide the appropriate level of support in a safe, structured environment. Our assessments allow us to understand each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals—so we can create a personalised support plan that promotes stability, well-being and independence.
Housing Related Support
Enixcare partners with Bedrock Housing CIC, a non-profit housing organisation, to deliver essential housing-related support. This support is tailored to each service user and provided by a dedicated Support Worker, ensuring individuals receive the guidance they need to manage and maintain their tenancies successfully.
While the exact scope of support is agreed upon with each tenant, it typically includes:
- Assistance in understanding and managing a tenancy agreement
- Support in arranging and making rent payments
- Help with applications for council tax, housing benefits, and other financial support
- Guidance in managing utility payments
- Assistance with repairs and improvements to flats, including access to a handyman service
- Support in maintaining a tenancy and understanding the responsibilities of being a good tenant
Referrals
Referrals for housing-related support can be made through Local Authorities, Community Mental Health Teams and other secondary mental health and learning disability services. Individuals can also apply through our simple referral form available on this website. We additionally welcome private referrals from those wishing to arrange and fund their own support.
