At Enixcare, we understand that each service user requires different levels of support to successfully maintain their tenancy. Our in-house support is flexible and personalised, ensuring individuals receive the right assistance based on their needs.
- Flexible Support Options – Staff can visit service users in their flats or provide assistance at our on-site office on a one-off or ongoing basis, depending on individual requirements.
- Specialist Referrals – We assist with referrals to the Single Point of Access for occupational therapy assessments, helping individuals secure necessary adjustments or home modifications.
- Financial & Practical Guidance – Support includes help with benefit applications, budgeting advice, and referrals to external agencies for grants and additional assistance.
- Future Planning & Housing Transitions – When a service user is ready to move on, we provide guidance with housing register applications and referrals to other housing providers to ensure a smooth transition to greater independence.
