Each and every staff member is given an induction and assisted to settle in as we recognise that starting a new job can be nerve wracking. Our policies and procedures ensure that staff are able to raise any concerns, or a complaint, ask for flexible working and receive support from management who operate an open door policy. Whilst we are serious about our work we enjoy a relaxed and supportive atmosphere and value every staff member, no matter their role in the organisation, with feedback, staff meetings, training opportunities, supervision, annual reviews and inhouse promotion opportunities.
